Reputation ("we", "us", "Platform") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. Because the Platform operates on a public blockchain, some information is inherently public and cannot be made private.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Token metadata: Name, ticker symbol, description, proof of reputation URI, and token image that you submit when creating a token
  • Wallet addresses: Your Terra Classic wallet address when you connect to the Platform
  • Chat messages: Any messages you send in token chat rooms

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and interaction patterns on the Platform interface
  • Device and browser data: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and referring URL
  • On-chain data: All transactions you execute on-chain are publicly visible on the Terra Classic blockchain and are not within our control

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

  • We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any government-issued identification unless you voluntarily provide it
  • We do not have access to your private keys or seed phrase
  • We do not store payment card information

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Operate and improve the Platform interface
  • Display token metadata, images, and chat messages to other users
  • Monitor for abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms of Service
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience
  • Comply with legal obligations where applicable

4. Public Blockchain Data

The Terra Classic blockchain is a public ledger. Any transaction you execute — including token creation, purchases, sales, and referral payments — is permanently and publicly recorded on-chain and is associated with your wallet address. This data is outside of our control and cannot be deleted or made private. We display this data in the Platform interface as a convenience but do not exclusively control its availability.

5. Data Storage

Off-chain data (token images, metadata, chat messages, and launch schedules) is stored in our database hosted by Supabase. We take reasonable technical measures to secure this data. Token images are stored in cloud object storage and are publicly accessible by URL, as they are intended to be displayed publicly on the Platform.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: Third-party providers who assist us in operating the Platform (e.g., database hosting, analytics), under appropriate confidentiality obligations
  • Legal requirements: If required by law, court order, or governmental authority
  • Safety: To protect the rights, property, or safety of the Platform, its users, or the public

7. Cookies & Tracking

The Platform may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain session state (e.g., wallet connection) and analyze usage. We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some Platform features may not function correctly without them.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with the following third-party services, each subject to their own privacy policies:

  • Keplr Wallet: A browser extension wallet. We do not receive your private keys or seed phrase.
  • Terra Classic public nodes: Used to query blockchain state and broadcast transactions
  • Google Fonts: Used to serve display fonts. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
  • Supabase: Database and storage provider

9. Data Retention

We retain off-chain data (token metadata, images, chat messages) for as long as the Platform is operational and for a reasonable period thereafter. On-chain data is permanent and cannot be deleted. If you wish to request deletion of off-chain data associated with your wallet address, you may contact us through our official channels. Note that we may be unable to delete data that is necessary for the operation of the Platform or legally required to be retained.

10. Children's Privacy

The Platform is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including:

  • The right to access the personal information we hold about you
  • The right to request correction of inaccurate data
  • The right to request deletion of your off-chain data (subject to limitations described above)
  • The right to object to or restrict certain processing of your data

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
